Today it turned out that Mr. man and I were both off of work!! Yay!! (which rarely happens) So we decided to take Miss Mi mi to the water park!!! And I am so glad that we did! The weather called for rain and everyone was trying to put a damper on our plans but I wasn't letting that negative energy ruin our day. And it turns out, NO RAIN!! So I packed us a lunch and water and fruit and we headed to the park. When we got there, there were tons of kids, of course, so we found two chairs, miss mi had her stroller and we chilled for the majority of the day. Just sitting outside, as a family just made me feel so good! It was an amazing day! While sitting there I wondered why I didn't think of this earlier in the summer and still could not come up with an answer but I knew that at that moment, I was glad that I did think of it now. So we have one more month of summer, I will try to make it there more often, even just for some me time. But it truly was a wonderful, relaxing day.
